Grace Jang is an Attorney in the Firm's Seattle office and a member of the Corporate practice group. Ms. Jang has advised private and public companies across industries on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital financings, investment management, and corporate governance.
