Profile
Gonzalo Molleda is a senior associate in Garrigues' tax practice.
He has extensive experience in providing tax advice on day-to-day operations, as well as on the conduct of restructuring transactions, to companies in the industrial, energy, and real estate sectors in addition to concession-holders of large infrastructure. In particular, as a member of the firm's VAT team, he provides recurring advice on transactions that require expertise in VAT and indirect taxation matters.
In addition, Gonzalo Molleda teaches classes in the Master's in Tax Advisory organized by Universidad de Deusto.
Gonzalo Molleda is a member of the Bizkaia Bar Association.
