Profile
Gonzalo de las Heras is a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice.
He has extensive experience in both civil and criminal court proceedings. His professional practice is particularly focused on the area of private law, in which he has handled and defended cases involving the law on obligations and contracts, damages, unfair competition, intellectual property and inheritance matters.
He also regularly acts in criminal proceedings relating to white collar and corporate crime as well as to intellectual and industrial property. Likewise, he has had occasion to participate in numerous insolvency proceedings.
During this professional career he has defended the interests of large companies and financial institutions.
He is currently a member of the Pamplona Bar Association.
