I have worked in the intellectual property field since 2000, assisting attorneys with all aspects of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution as well as training new employees in patent prosecution procedures. Prior to working in intellectual property, I worked at the Internal Revenue Service in Austin, Texas. During my time there, I served as a member of the design team bringing in the new Optical Character Recognition system, which included detailed observations about workflow and extensive testing and training.
