Mr. Gi Won KWON is the Director of the Legislation Office at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on Legislation and Amendment Support, Inspection of State Administration Response, and Budget and Government-funded Project Consulting.

Mr. Kwon is a visiting professor in the Department of Parliamentary Studies at Chung-Ang University Graduate School, where he lectures on the legislative process and budget management theory by Congress. He also serves as a member of the Legislation Support Committee under the Legislative Counsel Office of the National Assembly Secretariat and is an advisor to the National Assembly Library and the Korea Legislation Research Institute. Additionally, he provides advisory services to public enterprises, including Korea National Railway and Korea Railroad Corporation. For the past two years, Mr. KWON has also advised the Korea Flour Mills Industrial Association on milling-related legislation and policies, where he provided legal consultation on budget bills as their Senior Advisor. In 2022, he served as a member of the Public Enterprise Evaluation Committee, appointed by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
