Garry W. O'Donnell is a partner in the Litigation, Regulatory Compliance & Defense, Class Action Defense, and Labor & Employment practice groups at Greenspoon Marder LLP. He is an experienced civil trial attorney and Florida Bar Board Certified in Business Litigation, which demonstrates a lawyer's dedication, commitment and experience in a specialty area of the law at a heightened level of excellence through character, professionalism, ethics, and credibility. He devotes his practice to the area of business dispute resolution in state and federal courts and commercial arbitrations.

Mr. O'Donnell represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of disputes involving real estate, securities, contracts, employment and labor, banking, fair trade, business torts, consumer law, insurance, product liability, technology, intellectual property and tax.

Prior to entering private practice, he served as a law clerk to a federal district court judge elevated to the federal appellate court.
