Profile

Gabrielle Dickins is a member of the Family Law and Estates Law group.

Her practice focuses primarily on family law and estates law, where she has developed experience in separation and divorce matters, as well as wills and trusts. She is recognized for her solution-oriented approach, grounded in a rigorous analysis of the facts and the legal principles that govern them.

As a student and later as an articling student at Lavery, Gabrielle contributed to a variety of civil law matters. She obtained both a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from McGill University in 2024.

Significant Accomplishments

There, she manages the not-for-profit Innocence McGill as Co-Director of the organization. During her studies, Gabrielle also acquired various professional experiences, including an internship with in-house counsel at a Montreal-based textile start-up, as well as employment at a boutique law firm specializing in litigation in the mining sector.

Gabrielle cannot wait to discover the legal traditions of another country during her student exchange with Charles University in Prague in fall 2023.
