Gabrielle Desjean will be joining the Lavery team as a student in 2025 and will be articling with the firm in 2027. She is currently completing her bachelor's degree in law at Université de Montréal.

Throughout her academic journey, Gabrielle has gained legal experience working at a government institution responsible for the publication and registration of rights. Alongside her studies, Gabrielle serves as Chair of the university's health law committee and as her faculty's representative to the Fédération des étudiantes et étudiants en droit du Québec (Quebec law students' federation). She has also had the opportunity to develop a non-profit entrepreneurial project.
