She has over eleven years of experience counseling national and foreign clients in various transactions in Mexico and abroad.
Her practice specializes in financing and mergers and acquisition transactions of Mexican or foreign companies with subsidiaries in Mexico.
For several years, and immediately before joining Garrigues Mexico, she worked in the firm Ritch, Mueller, Heather y Nicolau, S.C. (Mexico City) and, between 2012 and 2013, she worked as an International Associate in the New York (United States of America) office of the international firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
