Profile

Fernando Crespo is the partner in charge of Garrigues' Labor and Employment practice on the East coast of Spain (excluding Cataluña). He has pursued his professional career at the firm following a stint at Arthur Andersen. He specializes in labor and employment law.

Among other areas, his expertise covers employment contracts, senior management, international postings and assignments, collective bargaining and business restructuring, having participated in major transactions throughout his professional career.

He has been a speaker at numerous conferences for different organizations, in particular, for various business associations in the Autonomous Community of Valencia, and has taught classes at Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF), Universidad Cardenal Herrera - CEU, Fundación Universidad-Empresa (ADEIT) and EDEM.

Member of the Valencia Bar Association.
