Fathima Patel is an Associate at ENS in the Insolvency, Restructuring and Business Rescue practice, where she specialises in insolvency matters and commercial dispute resolution. 

Fathima is experienced in insolvency litigation, including drafting applications for liquidation, sequestration, monetary judgment and engaging in subsequent insolvency processes. She has also assisted in various commercial matters, dealing with aspects of company law and contractual disputes.

Fathima has acted for major banks and financial institutions, private companies, liquidators, and a range of corporate clients.
