Fabrice Nsanzimana is an Associate at ENS in Rwanda.  

Fabrice specialises in various legal fields, including but not limited to banking and finance, corporate structuring and reorganizations, tax, insurance and reinsurance, mining, quarrying and environment, competition and consumer protection, privacy and personal data protection, labour, intellectual property, Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), and aviation and space.

His experience includes advising on, among others, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), loan facility assignment, enforcement and recovery procedures in connection to complex cross boarder loan facility arrangements, franchise arrangements, aviation, data protection regulatory compliance, corporate restructuring tax considerations, transfer pricing, compensation/benefits tax treatment, and fund establishment.

In addition, Fabrice is also experienced in conducting legal due diligences in all business sectors, business incorporation and structuring and advising on general regulatory compliance. He has advised clients in the banking, capital market, insurance and reinsurance, hospitality, aviation, TMT, Health, Agriculture and livestock product processing, mining and quarrying, sports sectors and/or industries.

He is a member of Rwanda Bar Association and East Africa Law Society.
