Evan Thomsen focuses his practice primarily in the area of product liability. He has experience researching and drafting legal memoranda, bench memoranda and judicial opinions on topics including contracts, corporate governance, and municipal law. Evan also has created letters to clients in insurance defense cases regarding notice issues, employment disputes, and clients' exposure in their particular case.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Annette Kingsland Ziegler of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Elizabeth Gobeil of the Court of Appeals of Georgia.
