Eva Milošic is an associate who joined Jadek & Pensa in September 2021. She is a member of the advisory unit and advises clients mainly in the area of intellectual property law. She initially gained her experience first at a small and later at a larger Slovenian law firm, where she worked mainly in the areas of dispute resolution and prevention, competition law and intellectual property law. She has participated in and received awards in various legal competitions during her studies, including the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in commercial arbitration.
