Esther Vidal Falcó is a counsel in the tax and accounting law practice areas.

She has extensive expertise in the design and implementation of corporate and asset restructuring transactions of family groups, in the analysis of ownership and group structures, identifying existing inefficiencies and determining the best structure from a tax and wealth management standpoint, as well as in the design of the generational changes at family businesses from a tax and legal standpoint.

She also provides recurring advice on accounting and tax matters (personal income tax, wealth tax and inheritance and gift tax, corporate income tax) to business owners, their companies and their families.
