Esther Peña Gallego is a principal associate in the Tax practice area.

She has extensive experience in business restructuring transactions (mergers, spin-offs, etc.), the provision of tax advisory services to family businesses, and tax planning in relation to business successions.

On the other hand, she advises companies on an ongoing basis in all areas of tax law (corporate income tax, VAT, personal income tax, etc.) as well as on accounting matters. She has considerable experience, in particular, in the following areas:

• Tax reviews in relation to processes for the acquisition of companies
• Tax consolidation
• Restructuring/reorganization processes
• Taxation of directors/shareholders (personal income tax/wealth tax).

Esther is a member of the Vigo Bar Association.
