Erato joined the firm in March 2026 as a Junior Associate in the Employment and Immigration Law Department. She advises and assists on a range of employment law matters including drafting of employment contracts, matters relating to termination of employment, redundancies, employee rights and benefits such as annual, maternity and other types of leave, equality and diversity, compliance with anti-discrimination legislation and general employment law advice.
