Eni heads the firm-'s intellectual property practice, including trademarks, patents and copyright
law. In addition to TM she is involved in drafting and review of commercial contracts (supply,
franchise and distribution, advertising, data protection, pharmaceutical and healthcare. The IP
practice group contributes to projects by conducting due diligence on commercial contracts,
copyright, licenses and advising on regulatory matters. Eni has advised/acted for many Fortune
500 and world leading corporations including Apple, Google, Star Alliance/Lufthansa, Coca-
Cola, Microsoft, Vodafone, Merck, Inditex, Shell, Ericsson, etc.
