Emma Badicker has extensive experience in employment law advisory and assists companies across all areas of labor law, including general employment matters, reviewing and drafting contracts, terminations/dismissals, recruitment, business transfers, and corporate acquisitions. She also advises on policy-related issues, workplace safety matters, and discrimination cases. Emma provides support during consultations and negotiations with trade unions and acts as counsel in employment law disputes concerning, among other things, terminations/dismissals, competition, loyalty, workplace safety violations, and trade secrets. Emma also has specific expertise in advising on data protection in the context of employment relationships.

Emma is a highly appreciated speaker and regularly delivers lectures on employment law topics.

Emma also works within the dispute resolution group and has many years of experience managing and advising in complex disputes in both general courts and arbitration proceedings.
