Emily C. Kaminski is a Senior Counsel in the Firm's Chicago office and a member of the Tax, Benefits & Estate Planning, and Real Estate Practice Groups. Ms. Kaminski concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning and probate, real estate, and business transactions. She provides legal services to individuals and businesses regarding estate planning concerns including preserving wealth, minimizing estate and other transfer taxes, and avoiding probate.

Ms. Kaminski represents family-owned and small businesses, and private sector clients in a wide range of matters including structuring of legal entities, governance issues and strategic planning for business expansion, succession and asset protection, drafting operating agreements, preparing residential and commercial real estate contracts and leases, and offering counsel in acquisition, sale and merger of businesses.
