Emilio Nomdo is an Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice.

Emilio specialises in private mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and advises clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, with particular expertise in global employee share schemes, BBBEE regulatory compliance, and general company and commercial transactions law.

His experience includes advising on and conducting legal due diligence investigations and providing transactional support to both local and international clients, assisting them in navigating South Africa’s corporate governance and regulatory landscape. He regularly advises multinational clients on the South African legal aspects of implementing global employee share plans and contributes B-BBEE advice in the context of corporate transactions.

In addition, Emilio has experience in general corporate and commercial matters, including the establishment of companies and the preparation of all related corporate documentation. His experience spans a number of sectors, including banking, retail, petroleum, mining, financial services, and other industries.

Emilio is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
