Profile
Elodie Yammine is a senior associate in our Geneva office. Her areas of expertise include labor law and pension law. She represents our clients in court, particularly in labor court proceedings. Elodie Yammine also advises our clients on civil service law and social security.
Elodie Yammine studied at the University of Geneva (BLaw in 2011). She then completed a bilingual master's degree from the Universities of Geneva and Basel, during which she studied for one semester at Humboldt University in Berlin (MLaw in 2014). Elodie Yammine passed the bar exam in 2016 and after that practiced for several years in various law firms in Geneva, including three years in a firm specializing in labor law and pension law. She then worked as a lawyer in the general secretariat of the Geneva judiciary, which enabled her to develop solid expertise in public employment law. Elodie Yammine joined Walder Wyss in February 2025.
Elodie Yammine speaks French and English. She has a good knowledge of German. She is registered in the Geneva Bar and is admitted to practice in all of Switzerland. She is a member of the Geneva Bar Association. Elodie Yammine is a writer for the IusNet public law newsletter published by Schulthess. Since September 2025, Elodie Yammine is also deputy judge at the Court of Justice.
