Experienced, thoughtful counsel on employment and commercial litigation
Beth Silker guides clients through all matters related to business disputes, with a focus on employment litigation. Areas in which she defends clients include employment law, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and professional liability. She also assists clients with internal investigations and counsels on a variety of employment-related issues.
Beth works closely with clients to develop a pragmatic approach toward every dispute, working efficiently and aggressively to obtain the best available outcome.
