Elizabeth Cocke focuses on U.S. and global employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, work permits, intracompany transfers and permanent residency applications. Her experience includes drafting and filing the following immigration applications and petitions:

• Green card (I-485) applications, including naturalization and I-90
• Non-immigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1, E-3, K-1, TN J-1 and O-1
• I-751 petitions and I-130 petitions

Before joining Quarles, Elizabeth worked in higher education for 8 years where she processed work visas and permanent residency applications for researchers and professors, with a focus on foreign physicians. She has also spent 4 years on the in-house immigration and mobility team of an IT consultancy.
