Profile

Elizabeth Brown is an associate in the firm’s Construction and Government Contracts practice groups. She represents clients across various industries in a wide range of government procurement issues, including bid protests, claims, disputes, audits and investigations. She regularly represents clients in pre- and post-award bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and the United States Court of Federal Claims, in agency-level protests, and in SBA small business size protests.

Elizabeth also represents government contractors on matters including False Claims Act (FCA) investigations, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) issues, suspension and debarment actions, and organizational and personal conflict of interest issues. She advises clients on a variety of federal regulatory and compliance issues.

Prior to joining Bradley, she clerked for the Hon. Eric G. Bruggink of the United States Court of Federal Claims.

Elizabeth earned her J.D. from the University of Alabama, where she served as an executive editor of the Alabama Law Review and was a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team. She received her B.A. (magna cum laude) in International Studies and her B.B.A. (magna cum laude) in Finance from the University of Kentucky.
