Elizabet Sánchez-Guardamino is a principal associate in the Labor and Employment Law practices in Guipúzcoa and Navarra, having spent her entire career at Garrigues.

She has broad experience in advising both multinationals and local companies on all areas of labor and social security law, having participated in numerous lawsuits, labor restructuring processes, reorganization, merger and integration processes, collective dismissals and collective bargaining processes.

Elizabet Sánchez-Guardamino is a member of the Guipúzcoa Bar Association and has participated as a speaker at courses, conferences and seminars organized by Garrigues and by various specialist centers.
