Elisa Carrera Peña is a senior associate in the Tax practice area.

She has extensive experience in the provision of advisory services on tax and accounting matters to all kinds of companies, and in the area of personal income and wealth tax.

She is also a member of the firm's transfer pricing team, advising clients on the arm's length valuation of related-party transactions and on global documentation projects in relation to corporate groups.

On the other hand, she regularly participates in tax due diligence reviews, restructuring transactions and company valuation processes.
