Profile
Elisa Caldeiro is a partner in the Labor and Employment Law Department of Garrigues, having joined the firm in September 1998.
She is an expert in providing employment law advice to companies in all lines of business, and defending their interests in proceedings before the labor courts, the employment inspection authorities and other labor authorities.
She has extensive experience in all areas of labor and social security law: ongoing advice, legal representation of companies in all types of individual and collective proceedings before the labor courts, representation of companies in proceedings initiated by the employment and social security inspection authorities, collective bargaining (heading the negotiations of numerous company collective labor agreements), collective layoffs, collective modification of working conditions, labor union elections, etc.
The advisory services she provides cover recurring advice to companies in a wide range of industries: chemical industry, perfumery, IT consulting, distribution, advertising, securities market, metal industry, catering, contact centers, etc.
She lecturers on the Master's Degree in Fashion Business & Law and the Executive Master's Degree in Labor Relations at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
Member of the Madrid Bar Association. Member of Forelab.
