Elena Mascías Núñez is a senior associate in the Tax practice area.

She has extensive experience in the taxation of Spanish and multinational companies, advising clients in all areas of taxation although with a particular focus on corporate income tax matters. She also specializes in the taxation of individuals and on advising high-net-worth clients.

She regularly advises both individuals and legal entities on international taxation issues, in addition to supporting the human resources departments of various business groups and companies in relation to tax withholdings. Similarly, she provides advice in relation to inspections carried out by the State Tax Agency and in internal restructuring processes, primarily in distribution and services companies.

Elena Mascías Núñez is a member of the Madrid Association of Economists.
