Mr. Offek is an associate in FBC's Litigation Department. His practice concentrates on corporate & securities-related litigation, class actions, and commercial disputes.



Mr. Offek provides legal counsel to private and public companies, particularly on complex disputes relating to contract law, securities law, corporate law, and commercial law. Mr. Offek represents clients before various Israeli courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.



Prior to joining FBC, Mr. Offek served as a clerk to the Honorable Justice Asher D. Grunis of the Israeli Supreme Court, and as a clerk to the Honorable Justice Salim Joubran of the Israeli Supreme Court.



Mr. Offek was a member of the editorial board of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Law Review, and served as a research and teaching assistant in the Hebrew University Law Faculty.
