Eduardo Bernal, senior associate of the corporate department at Garrigues China, started his career working for Garrigues in its Murcia office. Since 2016 he moved to China.

Eduardo´s main focus of practice is cross-border counseling and foreign direct investment in China and Spain.

Having more than 5 years´ working experience in Garrigues, he also provides recurring counsel on commercial contracts and general corporate advice to companies and corporate groups on commercial, civil and corporate law matters.

Eduardo Bernal is a member of the Murcia Bar Association.
