Dzeneta Hrustic is an associate in our Corporate/M&A team. Her practice focuses on corporate law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and banking and financial market law. She frequently publishes on topics related to corporate law, corporate governance, and sustainability/ESG.

Dzeneta Hrustic completed her studies at the Universities of Neuchâtel (BLaw, 2017), Basel and Geneva (MLaw, double degree, 2021), and obtained a Certificate of Advanced Legal Studies (École d'avocature) at the University of Geneva (2020). She was trained and practiced as an associate at a leading Swiss law firm (2021-2024). Before her admission to the Bar in 2024, she completed several internships, notably at the Permanent Mission of Switzerland to the UN in New York (Legal Affairs department) and at the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland in Bern (White-Collar Crime department). She joined Walder Wyss in 2025.

Dzeneta Hrustic works mainly in French, English, and German. She also speaks Bosnian/Serbo-Croatian and has a solid knowledge of Italian.
