Duane Wekesa is an Associate at ENS in Kenya.

Duane specialises in Corporate and Commercial Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Competition, Fintech, and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT).

His experience includes advising on bancassurance, business establishment, corporate restructurings and re-organizations, fintech services, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and technology, media and telecommunications.

In addition, Duane is also experienced in data privacy, energy, intellectual property (IP) and sovereign bonds and has advised local and international clients in the agribusiness, financial services, healthcare, insurance, telecommunications, and transport & logistics sectors and/or industries.

Duane is a member of the Law society of Kenya and the International Bar Association.
