Dr. Hendrik Voelkerding is a lawyer and specialist lawyer in employment law, advising national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. A particular focus of his work lies in occupational pension schemes, including compliance issues and de-risking strategies. He also has extensive experience in M&A transactions and in providing employment law support for international restructurings and operational changes.
