Dr. Andreas Meyer is a lawyer in Frankfurt am Main. He specializes in stock corporation and capital markets law, in particular corporate finance transactions and the conduct obligations of listed companies and market participants. Before joining HEUKING, Dr. Meyer worked for international law firms in Frankfurt and London and, since 2000, in the legal department of Deutsche Bank AG. He holds a doctorate in corporate law and is a regular speaker at specialist conferences. He is also the author of numerous articles in specialist journals and co-editor of several specialist publications.
