• Represented the Financial Services Commission and Securities and Futures Commission (SFC)in administrative litigation concerning Samsung Biologics’ accounting fraud and provisional disposition for suspension of execution
• Represented the defendants in a lawsuit against the owners and executives of S, a domestic construction company, concerning the breach of trust in the acquisition of asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP)
• Represented an accounting firm in a lawsuit concerning damages for accounting fraud of Keangnam Enterprises, Ltd.
• Consulted on the establishment of P, an asset management company and fund settings
• Consulted Dongyang Networks on the share acquisition of a German-listed company (BIO)
• Consulted Dongyang Networks on issuing bonds with warrants
• Consulted Arion Technology, a KOSDAQ-listed company, on the issuance of convertible bonds
