Diego Pérez is a principal associate in Garrigues' Transfer Pricing practice area in Madrid, with 8 years' experience in this field.
He has extensive experience in the diagnosis, analysis, implementation and documentation of transfer pricing policies for multinational groups, and in advising on inspection procedures in respect of related-party transactions, advance pricing agreements vis-à-vis the Spanish tax authorities, and mutual agreement procedures for the resolution of double taxation issues.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
He is a regular speaker at transfer pricing seminars and on postgraduate programs run by Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
