Denise Daly Byrne is a partner in the Disputes & Investigations Group. She has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation and regulatory investigations, with a particular focus on the technology sector, as well as other consumer-facing businesses. Denise also has specialist expertise in environmental claims, consumer and marketing law.

Denise has significant client-side experience. She has completed a number of secondments over the course of her career, including with the payments company, Stripe, and working in-house as international legal counsel with the database software company, MongoDB. Denise also previously worked with ALG Solutions as the firm's first Client Technology Lawyer giving her unique insight into the most effective and innovative ways to deliver legal services to our clients.
