Profile
David Guerras Manrique is a principal associate in the Family Business, Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts practices.
David has advised on numerous restructuring processes for business groups based in Castilla y León, particularly family business groups, and has extensive experience in providing the ongoing advice they require and in designing and implementing the necessary legal instruments to plan for generational change (family protocols, shareholder agreements, contingency plans).
He has also advised on numerous transactions for the acquisition of businesses and assets.
He is a regular speaker at seminars organized by the Firm and has lectured at the School of Legal Practice of the Valladolid Bar Association.
