David Sheinbein is a nationally recognized mergers and acquisitions attorney who has closed more than $1 billion in business transactions across a broad range of industries and deal structures. David represents private and public middle-market and large companies throughout the United States in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, recapitalizations, and commercial finance transactions. He advises buyers and sellers in stock and asset transactions, as well as borrowers and lenders in sophisticated financing matters. David also regularly serves as outside general counsel to companies and management teams, advising on corporate strategy, governance, risk management, and day-to-day business matters.

Based in Houston, Texas, David has substantial experience in the manufacturing, energy, real estate, metals and alloys, and financial services industries. He regularly counsels management teams, boards of directors, investors, family offices, and in-house legal departments on corporate strategy, transaction execution, risk allocation, and negotiation strategy.
