Profile
Danielle Laubscher is an Executive at ENS in the Banking and Finance practice.
She specialises in structured finance, debt finance (including preference share funding) and related security structures and providing regulatory advice to clients in the financial services sector. She has acted for major South African banks, institutional investors, as well as other major South African corporate clients.
Her experience includes acting on either side of debt financing and structured finance transactions, and advising clients on various regulatory and financial services related matters.

- LLB (cum laude) (University of the Western Cape)
- Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa
