Daniel Muñoz joined the Firm in 2006 and is a principal associate in the Tax Department.

He has extensive experience providing ongoing tax advice to multinational groups in the digital economy, real estate and industrial sectors, with a special focus on Spanish investments abroad, foreign investments in Spain and nonresident taxation in general.

He also provides regular advice on the tax implications of a wide range of corporate transactions and acquisitions including the analysis and implementation of investment and divestment structures.

In addition, he provides recurring advice on tax audit proceedings as well as administrative and court proceedings.

Daniel collaborates on a regular basis with Garrigues' Centro de Estudios in different Master's Degree programs. He is member of the Madrid Bar Association and of the Madrid Economists Association.
