Dan Ark advises clients in patent prosecution and protection. With a background in materials science and engineering, he brings a broad base of technical knowledge that is of particular value to clients having needs in the overlapping areas of materials, mechanical, electrical and chemical arts. Prior to joining Quarles, Dan worked in the powder metal industry and assisted in academic research that involved characterizing ceramic nanocomposites.

Dan is the Milwaukee office chair for the Intellectual Property Group.
