Damilola qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2019 and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Damilola was an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity team at a leading law firm in Nigeria, Olaniwun Ajayi LP, where she advised individuals, corporates, private equity firms and public bodies on corporate and commercial matters including M&A, legal due diligence and regulatory compliance.
Damilola obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Lagos in Nigeria.
