Profile
I have over 25 years of experience in litigation involving product liability, personal injury, insurance defense, antitrust, securities, construction law, appeals, workers' compensation, medical malpractice, alcohol regulatory issues, ERISA, and labor and employment law.My work involves all aspects of case management, document management, discovery, and trial preparation. I am also a Certified Audio Video Courtroom Technologist through the Center for Legal and Court Technology at the College of William & Mary School of Law in Williamsburg, Virginia.I am an in-house presenter and trainer for the firm's paralegals and project assistants.
