Cristian Dranca has 16 years of experience in the legal profession and is Counsel at NNDKP. He has been part of NNDKP's team since 2012.
Cristian's diverse expertise covers a broad range of public procurement and PPP matters, defense procurement, corporate/M&A and commercial law.
In the public procurement and PPP field, he supports clients through all public procurement phases, as well as in challenging or defending awards before the National Council for Solving Public Procurement Complaints and the courts of appeal. He has been involved in key infrastructure projects implemented in Romania, highways, railways, ports, airports, metro, water management systems, and energy infrastructure.
Cristian brings knowledge of the aerospace and defense industries and has advised on a diverse range of government procurement programs implemented in in Romania, as well as, in connection with the implementation of publicly awarded contracts.
He also has extensive experience in advising on both domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
