Constanza Velásquez Cabrera is a senior associate in the firm's Santiago de Chile office, in the Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts, Real Estate and Mergers & Acquisitions practice areas.
To date, her professional career has focused mainly on commercial and corporate law matters, advising national and foreign companies from a variety of sectors.
On the other hand, she has regularly been involved in projects involving real estate and M&A transactions.
In 2015, she served as assistant lecturer on the International Private Law course at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
