Profile

Clint is a commercial litigator, trial lawyer, and problem solver. Clint has extensive trial experience in federal and state courts throughout the country. He advises established Fortune 100 companies, high-tech start-ups, and clients in between those growth stages on their material commercial disputes and intellectual property matters. Clint principally litigates cases involving trade secrets and intellectual property, contractual and business disputes, and advertising matters. 

Clint’s successful representations include defeating a preliminary injunction in the Southern District of New York in a Lanham Act false advertising case; obtaining a favorable resolution to a >$100M dispute for a start-up company against a Fortune 100 company; obtaining a preliminary injunction for an infrastructure fund manager against high-level state official and then navigating a favorable settlement; playing a key role on a team that won a $2 billion jury verdict in a trade secrets case; winning a trial in federal court over the return of historic painting owned by a university; and playing a key role on a team that obtained a defense jury verdict in a >$800M intellectual property dispute.
