She provides recurring labor and social security law advice to companies in a range of sectors (distribution, food, financial, among others) and has extensive experience in advising on the labor aspects of corporate transactions (mergers, spin-offs and contributions of business lines, outsourcing of services, etc.), having participated in numerous collective procedures (dismissals, transfers and material modifications of collective working conditions) and particularly complex labor restructuring processes.

She also has broad experience in other areas of labor law, such as forensic activity and legal defense in court proceedings, and processes for the negotiation of collective labor agreements and agreements for the standardization of working conditions, among others.

Clara is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
