I work with the firm's business transaction, corporate finance, and securities groups, assisting with entity formation, dissolutions, mergers and acquisitions, stock transactions, corporate governance, due diligence, UCC research, compliance, and registered agent services. My extensive background in accounting, administrative management, and government and private sector budgeting helps me effectively and efficiently manage complex client projects.I am an in-house presenter and trainer to the firm's paralegals and project assistants for the Registered Agent Program.
